Jess Marinez is president of ToutVirtual, Inc. and co-founded the company with Vipul Pabari and Bakul Mehta in 2005. He brings more than 25 years of technology startup experience to the company with the last 10 years in key management and leadership roles. Just prior to ToutVirtual, Marinez was president of eCritical, Inc., an end user experience management company, which he helped found in 2001. Spearheading the company's eventual sale to Quest Software in 2003, Marinez stayed with Quest Software during the two-year transition period until 2005. From 1998 to 2001, Marinez was vice president of business development at CACI Products Company, a manufacturer of design and simulation software for network engineering. At CACI Products Company, Marinez was instrumental in facilitating the company’s sale to Compuware, Inc. In addition, Marinez has held executive positions with Calista (which was sold to Cisco) and numerous other technology companies.

Marinez has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.

Vipul Pabari is chief technology officer and co-founder of ToutVirtual, Inc. Pabari has more than 12 years of technology and management expertise in bringing innovative IT management solutions to market. As CTO, Pabari is responsible for charting the technological vision of ToutVirtual’s virtualization management suite of products. Prior to ToutVirtual, Pabari was founder and CTO of eCritical, Inc., an end user experience management company, where he spearheaded the development of a patented technology platform that was licensed by Sniffer Technologies (McAfee). Quest Software acquired eCritical in 2003 with Pabari assuming the role of CTO for Foglight end user experience. From 1996 to 2000, during his tenure at CACI Products Company, Pabari worked with partners to develop network-based application profiling and automated data exchange technology which resulted in multiple OEM relationships and was subsequently acquired by Compuware. Prior to CACI Products Company, Pabari developed technology solutions for Glaxo and Philips.

Pabari holds a Bachelor of Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, UK; a Masters of Engineering from Widener University, Pennsylvania; and is a holder of patents on Real-time Management of End User Experience from the network-edge.

Bakul Mehta is chief strategy officer and co-founder of ToutVirtual, Inc. He brings with him more than 25 years of management, technology, marketing, and business strategy experience. Prior to ToutVirtual, Mehta spent over 13 years at Sniffer Technologies, a network management division of McAfee Inc, a provider of security products. At Sniffer, Mehta held several management positions in product development, marketing, and general management with responsibilities for $200M in world-wide revenues. Mehta also led numerous merger and acquisition activities for McAfee and Sniffer Technologies. Most recently, Mehta assisted in the diversification of Sniffer Technologies from its parent company McAfee to several private equity groups. Prior to Sniffer Technologies, Mehta spent over 15 years in telecommunications industry with Rockwell International and has been co-founder of two telecom start-ups.

Mehta holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from M.S. University, Baroda, India; Masters of Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago; and MBA from University of Chicago. Mehta is a holder of more than 15 worldwide patents.
